This double-layer graphite PTFE yarn is made from PTFE resin compounded with colloidal graphite and special lubricant, through mixing, compression molding, film forming, stretching, deoiling and sintering processes, with additional graphite powder filled between the two PTFE film layers.
Our double-layer black PTFE yarn is produced with proprietary technology, featuring high graphite loading, high tensile strength, uniform diameter and even winding. It is widely used as base material for various double-layer graphite PTFE braided packings. According to customer requirements, we can provide double-layer black PTFE yarn with different oil and graphite contents.
