This packing is inter braided by special wear-resistant aramid fiber and graphite-filled PTFE yarns, which effectively combines the wear-resistant characteristics of aramid fiber and graphite-filled PTFE with the self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties of aramid fiber. It has the characteristics of low friction and high lubrication, and has good stability to strong corrosive mediums such as acid, alkali and solvent. The good self-lubricating performance of the packing reduces the wear of the seal on the shaft, and aramid fiber can keep the packing with sufficient strength and toughness, and the corrosion resistance of the seal is improved by soaking PTFE emulsion, which is especially suitable for sealing equipment such as ash pumps and slurry pumps.
