JFY-1200P Graphite Packing with PTFE Impregnation

1. Product Feature
This packing is densely braided from high-purity flexible graphite yarns fully impregnated with high-grade PTFE emulsion. Compared with ordinary graphite packing, its structure is denser, which not only retains the excellent self-lubrication, high thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of graphite packing, but also significantly improves the air tightness and chemical stability of the packing. It features low friction coefficient, minimal shaft wear, good compression resilience and long service life.
2. Applicable Equipment
Suitable for rotary pumps, centrifugal pumps, valves, reciprocating pumps, mixers, agitators and reaction kettles. It is an universal sealing material for both dynamic and static sealing, can be used alone or combined with other anti-extrusion packings for higher pressure applications.
3. Applicable Industries
Widely used in chemical industry, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, electric power, papermaking, metallurgy and water treatment industries. Especially suitable for applications requiring clean sealing and good chemical resistance.
4. Compatible Media
Adaptable to water, steam, hot oil, mineral oil, weak acid, weak base, salt solutions, organic solvents and most chemical media except strong oxidizing agents such as fuming sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid and aqua regia.
5. Typical Working Conditions
Ideal for general industrial pump and valve sealing in chemical plants, refineries and power stations, especially for medium temperature and pressure working conditions requiring good chemical stability, such as cooling water pumps, oil transfer pumps, process valves and general industrial fluid sealing.
