Graphite Packing Reinforced by Glass Fiber

Compared with JFY-1210, glass fiber replaces the traditional cotton fiber to reduce the loss on Ignition.

JFY-1270F

Graphite Packing with Carbon fiber Reinforced(Free of Ignition Loss)

It is the similar packing like 1270. While the packing is inserted with carbon fiber only to increase its pressure resistance, the ignition loss of 1270F is fewer than normal packing.

Non-sulfur Graphite Packing

Braided from non-sulfur flexible graphite yarns (Sulfur content<300ppm). It has very low sulfur content, does not damage shafts or stems. Low sulfur content makes it ideal for rotary shafts of pumps, agitators, mixers, crystallizers, filters, continuous digesters, reciprocating pump rods and slip-type expansion joints.

JFY-1200Z

Corrosion Inhibitor Graphite Packing

Compared with other series of graphite packing, 1200Z has the similar performance. But the corrosion inhibitor acts as a sacrificial anode to protect the valve stem and the stuffing box. This packing does not score the shaft and minimizes sleeve replacement cost.
