The packing is braided by short aramid fiber through the heart and impregnated with PTFE emulsion and high-quality silicone oil. The aramid packing with short fiber has high mechanical strength and good durability. Compared with the JFY-5200 aramid packing, it is softer and has good fit with the shaft. PTFE emulsion and lubrication make the friction coefficient be lower

The packing can be mainly used for rotary pumps, but also be suitable for sealing equipment including valves, piston pumps, mixers and reactors in industries such as paper-making, pharmacy, food, sugar-making, chemical engineering, petrochemical, power stations, steel plants and so on, and can be used for a variety of chemicals (except for which are very corrosive), water, steam, oil, solvents, etc. Its excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance make it be an ideal packing being suitable for corrosive sand, mud and other gravel mediums.
